New Beginnings (Song)

A baby was born
On the March of Nineteenth
A baby was born
And all were to see.

A baby was born
And all were to see.

Her father had abused her
In every single way
No one tried to stop him
And he continued on his way.

She was abused
For thirteen long years
By her father,
But she never showed the tears.

She fought for good marks
To stop the abuse
By pleasing her father
But she was still used.

Her father was a mean man
And had hurt her to the point of Hell;
But her father had told her
To never, ever tell.

She tried to tell
By seizures and sickness
But no one had heard
And she had to deal with the mess.

She moved away
And is going on with life
But at times,
All she wants to do is die.

She finds it hard
To take new steps
Because she doesn't know
What is in the depths.

But every day, is a new day,
And she is willing to try
ONE tiny step, at a time.

A baby was born
And all were to see.
