di's world

by di

i'm a prisoner in my own body.
i have no say about what happens.
someone else controls my every move.
i don't have a past, it's unknown to me.
i was born to go to school and church.
in school, i'm ridiculed and hurt,
but i study hard and acheive good marks.
in church, i'm told to praise god,
for all the good that's in my life.
i have no other life, but school and church.
i have no father or no mother.
who does help me during rough times is god.
i'm all alone, but i can do it.
i'm a prisoner in my own body,
school and church,
that is and always will be me, di.
i'm a part of a complex system,
for i'm a part of miquie's crew.
