You left me a year ago
To leave your battles
And to leave your sorrows.

But now I see you
In a better place,
A peaceful place,
A place free from hurt.

I will always remember you
We had many things in common
Many things from our hearts.

I will always keep a place,
A very special place
For you in my heart.

You told me secrets
Which I promised not to tell
And I have not peeped a word.

Rani, you will never leave me.
