Survivor

People have survived many things
And if the survivor had been abused
The survivor becomes a Strong
....................................Understanding
....................................Real
....................................Vital
....................................Intelligent
....................................Very important
....................................One step at a time
....................................Righteous person.
The survivor may be quiet
But asks questions about everything.
A survivor may feel the body pain
From the abuse, years ago.
People want the survivors to heal quick
And get on with life.
Healing from abuse
Can take months to years
To heal a sufficient amount
To do normal things again.
A survivor of any experience
Can have these qualities, too.
